Can I cancel my booking?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

However, we understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to reschedule your visit, we’re happy to help you change the date and time of your tickets.
To request a change, please email us at Arizona@sealifeus.com and include your order confirmation number.
