We’re excited to welcome your group! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, here’s what you can expect:
🕒 Arrival & Check-In
- Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. This allows time for the group leader to check in and for our staff to welcome your group and review important guidelines for the day.
👥 Group Organization
- For larger groups, we recommend dividing into smaller segments. Entry may be staggered to help manage flow through the exhibits and maintain a comfortable experience for all guests.
🧃 Lunch & Storage
- While SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium does not have onsite lunch facilities, groups are welcome to enjoy lunch at the Arizona Mills Mall Food Court, just a short walk away.
- Please note: SEA LIFE cannot store sack lunches. We recommend keeping them on your school bus or group vehicle, or contacting the Mall Customer Service Team in advance to inquire about storage options.
