While credit card payments are preferred and can be made through our secure online booking portal, we do accept check payments under specific conditions:
š§¾Ā Check Payment Guidelines:

Without a Purchase Order (PO):
- The check must match the exact total of your reservation.
- Any changes to your booking must be requestedĀ at least 3 days in advance.

With a Purchase Order (PO):
- Payment via check must be receivedĀ before your visitĀ or presentedĀ at check-in.
- If your reservation changes, please notify us as early as possible so your district can revise the PO and issue a new check reflecting the updated amount.

ACH Payments:
- If your organization uses ACH and does not yet have an account set up with Merlin Entertainments, please contactĀ o2c@merlinentertainments.bizĀ for assistance.
š Ā Booking Requirements:
- Reservations must be madeĀ online at least 14 days in advance.
- All school and group visits must beĀ pre-paidĀ unless a PO is on file.
