The SEA LIFE Trust is a registered global charity dedicated to protecting marine wildlife and habitats. Since 2013, SEA LIFE aquariums around the world — including SEA LIFE Arizona — have proudly supported the Trust’s efforts through conservation projects, animal rescue, and public awareness campaigns.
Some of the Trust’s key initiatives include:
- Reducing marine litter through beach cleanups
- Rescuing and rehabilitating seal pups
- Protecting sea turtles and marine habitats
- Creating the world’s first Beluga Whale Sanctuary in Iceland
The Trust also operates two marine animal sanctuaries: the Beluga Whale Sanctuary in Iceland and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary in the UK.
